Professional and knowledgeable

I work in the engineering department for a very large nationally known corporation that works in the oilfield industry.  Unfortunately my company has a strict policy against using either their name or my name while I am employed by them.  But I wanted to write something for him because he has done such a great job for me in many projects.  He has great insight.  Every time I present a need we had he came up with some very feasible and cost effective solutions.  He constructed several foundations for heavy machinery including piers and caps for our largest overhead crane.  He even solved a very technical problem we had tried to solve several times before but failed.  He has never disappointed us with “extras” or technicalities.  Whenever possible I go with McGinnis Asphalt and Concrete.   Thanks Jack.

The McGinnis team tackled a project in our trailer park with roads, driveways, sidewalks and entrances. The tipping point for us was the competitive pricing and availability to get started right away. The bigger contractors were strapped to their projects and wouldn't even give us the time of day. Whereas Jack McGinnis gave us the personal attention our project needed and desired.  He was on our site for the whole project keeping us apprised all the way.  That's why we will always go with his team for future projects. He is definitely steamrolling the competition with the personal touch he gives to every job.

Great Job! Jack McGinnis took on  our paving and improvement project, bringing all the aspects together in what appeared to be perfect coordination.  He did underground drainage,  foundations, and final paving for us.  Even when the unexpected things you always have on a project like ours came up, he immediately had a solution that did not affect the contract price.   Professional, efficient, and went over and beyond our expectations. Definite ten stars from us!
